Our desire is to minister to you as you strive for spiritual and educational growth during this year. We have several
ministry meetings planned, and we are in the stages of planning some group field trips and activities. Our ministry meetings
are held at the Twin City Baptist Fellowship Center (905 Elizabeth Avenue, Marinette) and are usually on the third Thursday
of each month. Supervision and activities for your children are provided at each of the afternoon meetings. For information,
you may contact Pastor DeCleene at 715.735.9181 (church) or 715.735.0408 (home), Jeanne Monahan at 715.735.3963, or by
email.

This site is for the Home School Legal Defense Association, a nation-wide
organization that lobbies for laws that help home schoolers. The membership
fee for this organization is $100 per year per family. There are group
discounts. This organization will help its member families with any legal
help they may need; from a letter to a school administrator who is giving
the family some trouble to representing that family in the court room.

This is the site of the state-wide organization that is a watch-dog in
Madison for our homeschool rights. Two times a year they put on a convention
for home schoolers that have nationally renowned homeschool speakers such as
Michael Farris and Christopher Klicka from HSLDA and Doug Philips from
Vision Forum. At these conventions there are huge book vendor sections so
you can see the curriculum before you purchase it.
www.wisconsinhistory.org
This is the Wisconsin Historical Societies website. It has a lot of
information about Wisconsin's history and many links for further research.
They also have a kids page that is very interesting. They have a teacher's
resource section for ideas. The website also lists 9 historical places here
in Wisconsin including Old World Wisconsin which is a 600+ acre museum 35
miles north of Milwaukee that has 6 different hands-on museums. There you
can be an explorer, an immigrant or a pioneer for a day and experience what
Wisconsin was like when it was first settled. You can also participate in
Town Hall meetings.
